Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
